Breakfast.
The AC did not cool. The elevator was broken. Staff didn't care.

We will never stay here ever again. The AC did not cool the room, it was HOT! It is very uncomfortable to get dress for a formal event in a

Forgot my wake up call and caused serious problem. The staff was less than helpful. I also asked for a late check out so I could change after my bus.
